We like it or not, injuries can happen to any of us.

It can be something simple or more complex, caused by wrong movements or posture, incorrect performing of the exercises, accidents, surgery, over-solicitation, age or different medical conditions. 

They can be disturbing and affect the body image and mental well-being. Regardless the complexity, they can become manageable.

A recovery process trough personal training will always start after the consult with a medical professional!

After an assessment and the consult with a physiotherapist we will work together, by a specific recovery plan. 

With properly adjusted exercises and psychological support, you can gain independence of your body and more day to day comfort!
